Program Description
The Pharmacy Technician Program provides hands-on training to prepare students for real work in retail, hospital, and community pharmacies. Students learn how to process prescriptions, prepare medications, manage inventory, and perform essential pharmacy calculations with accuracy and confidence.
Our training includes the use of PioneerRx, one of the most widely used pharmacy software systems in community pharmacies. This gives students real-world technology experience and makes them more competitive in the job market.
The program also prepares students to take the PTCB or NHA National Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam and includes externship opportunities to gain practical experience in a professional pharmacy setting.
